Labor and materials included. Plants are installed and sized as listed; equal substitutes may be used based on nursery stock. Sod and artificial turf are figured on a 110 ft wide lot and a drainage plan is priced after we see how the yard holds water. Final price is confirmed after we measure on site. Each city limits driveway width at the street and how much of the front yard can be paved. We check your city's rules and pull the permit.
